Pasta salad with italian salami.

    Last Monday I made a pasta salad. This is what you need: 200 grams pasta, salt, 300 grams carrots, 4
    tablespoons oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon sugar, 3 sprigs thyme, 100 ml white balsamic vinegar, 50
    ml vegetable stock, black pepper, 100 grams cherry tomatoes, 2 tablespoons capers, 100 grams rocket  
    and 8 thin slices of italian salami.
    First you have to clean and cut the carrots... (And cook the pasta until it is al dente.)
    ...and the garlic cloves.
    Stew both with a bit oil and add the sugar.
    After 5 minutes add the vegetable stock...
    ...and vinegar.
    Everything has to stew 5 minutes (together with the thyme).
    Now you can put the carrots together with the pasta in a big bowl and spice it with salt and pepper.
    Stew the cherry tomatoes.
    After 5 minutes you can add the tomatoes and the capers to the pasta.
    Now mix in the rocket and the italian salami.
