Today we have pasta with an extravagant ingredient: mussels.
What you need: tomatoes, pasta, mussels, créme légére, an onion, parsley, a bit honey and chili paste
and if you want parmesan cheese.
You have to wash and cut the onion and the tomatoes.
Boil it to a pulp...
... and then puree everything.
You have to cut the parsley.
Put the pasta into the boiling water.
The pasta sauce needs some créme légére,
chili paste
and honey.
Now the mussels can be added. Boil it again for about 2 or 3 minutes.
Ready! It´s a simple dish and only takes about 35 minutes. But it looks and tastes like Jamie Oliver
had cooked it! ;)

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm :).... y looks so good. And I must say that I'm not the biggest fan of Jamie Oliver. But it does look good.
AntwortenLöschenJust one thing, I learnt from an italian friend that if the last couple of minutes of cooking the pasta you cook it in the sauce you are going to use it gets much more flavour of it. :)
