Pasta salad with italian salami.

    Last Monday I made a pasta salad. This is what you need: 200 grams pasta, salt, 300 grams carrots, 4
    tablespoons oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon sugar, 3 sprigs thyme, 100 ml white balsamic vinegar, 50
    ml vegetable stock, black pepper, 100 grams cherry tomatoes, 2 tablespoons capers, 100 grams rocket  
    and 8 thin slices of italian salami.

    First you have to clean and cut the carrots... (And cook the pasta until it is al dente.)

    ...and the garlic cloves.

    Stew both with a bit oil and add the sugar.

    After 5 minutes add the vegetable stock...

    ...and vinegar.

    Everything has to stew 5 minutes (together with the thyme).

    Now you can put the carrots together with the pasta in a big bowl and spice it with salt and pepper.

    Stew the cherry tomatoes.

    After 5 minutes you can add the tomatoes and the capers to the pasta.

    Now mix in the rocket and the italian salami.

    Yesterday I celebrated Easter with my family.

    We had a barbecue.

    And of course we also had chocolate!

Lampen im Wald.

Lampen im Wald. Ihr mögt jetzt denken, was hat das miteinander zu tun. Eigentlich nicht so viel. Bei dem norwegischen Fotograf und Konzeptkünstler Rune Guneriussen allerdings sehr viel, denn dieser ordnet (tatsächlich funktionierende und leuchtende !) Lampenschirme kunstvoll in Wäldern an. Und das an Bäumen, Sträuchern, auf Waldwegen.

Entdeckt habe ich seine Installationen in der Märzausgabe der Photonews und war begeistert.

Do you know Rune Guneriussen? He is a photographer and conceptual artist. He builds this wonderful installations with lamps in woods. The light and natural atmosphere creates a magical atmosphere.

Unfinished work.

    A few weeks ago I saw a great idea for a nice self-made easter present in a magazine. It is very simple.
    You just need an empty tetra pack, clue, scissors, wrapping paper, a cutter knife, a candle and
    something to put the candle in.

    You have to paste the tetra pack with the wrapping paper...

    ...and trim it...

    ...that it looks something like this. Well, up to this step I had no problem. Unfortunately, my cutter  
    knife was dull and at the end my artwork looked very ugly, because I could not cut a nice window  
    into the tetra pack.

    But I show you the final result out of the magazine. I think it´s nice. You can have it in your
    garden or balcony. Maybe there is one easter present left, then try it. It´s simple, cheap, fun, pretty and
    self-made!
